roller guideways

HIWIN ball bushings enable high precision linear motion on round shafts by utilizing recirculating ball pathways. The patented recirculation curve enables HIWIN linear bushings to sustain heavy loads with low noise and high stiffness.

HIWIN HS2 two-axis systems are flexible units for positioning along the X and Y axes. The X axis is based on a HIWIN HD double axis. On the Y axis, you can choose between a HIWIN HM-B belt drive axis (module) or HT-B (table) for dynamic positioning. HIWIN two-axis systems are suitable for two-dimensional handling tasks and can be easily extended to a three-axis system by adding a Z axis.

The servo drive ED1 supports rotary servo motors, linear and torque motors and therefore the entire range of HIWIN motor types. The wide range of supported encoder interfaces (digital TTL, analogue 1Vpp, EnDat, BiSS-C, Tamagawa) and analogue and digital Hall sensors allow the ED1 to be used in many different ways, especially with linear motors in conjunction with various position measuring systems.

HIWIN Crossed Roller Bearing is mainly consisted of an outer ring, an inner ring, a plurality of rollers and a plurality of spacers. The roller lies between the inner ring and the outer ring. The spacer is placed between rollers to prevent the mutual friction between rollers so as to decrease the torque resistance for rotation. In addition, the surface of the roller and the rolling track is linear contact. So, when the bearing is loaded, the loading area will be very large. Thus, the elastic deformation will be less, and the bearing will achieve a long service life. Each roller in Crossed Roller Bearing is crossed at 90° angle, which is able to bear the loading force from axial, radial and the other direction at the same time. Various Crossed Roller Bearings possess high rigidity and high rotation accuracy, which could be widely used in industrial automation control, robot, tool machinery, inspection and medical devices.
